Extensive coverage of political institutions in Russia and Ukraine. Major assignments: USSR Supreme Soviet (Kremlin, Moscow); Ukrainian Supreme Soviet; Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Ukraine; Foreign Ministry of Ukraine.
