Mexico: Total Solar Eclipse

Mexico: Total Solar Eclipse

  • Group at Large Millimetre telescope
  • Group at the National Anthropological Museum in Mexico city

It was an excellent trip to Mexico, and one of the best trips I've ever made, without exaggerating.

Julian Cable (Selwyn 1989)

Last Frontiers did a superb job of planning and executing an amazing itinerary, with memorable and worthwhile activities each day, and taking care of the transport, accommodation and meal arrangements so seamlessly.

The highlights are almost too many to mention: the eclipse itself, the excellent scholarly contributions from Professor Roger Davies, the privileged visit to the large millimetre telescope, the winery tour and lunch, the archaeological site visits; the informative guides, most notably Joseph, who had an encyclopaedic knowledge of every place we visited, and being able to give a full commentary to us without referring to any notes.
