San Francisco, CA: CAMentrepreneurs presents a Fireside chat
San Francisco, CA: CAMentrepreneurs presents a Fireside chat
Join us for an evening in the "Fireside chats with Unicorns, their VC hunters and other creatures” series. This interactive event series is designed for Cambridge University alumni in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Dive into the world of high-stakes entrepreneurship with the founders of unicorn companies - startups valued at over $1 billion - as they share their personal journeys, from initial sparks of innovation to the rigors of scaling their businesses. These sessions are not just about listening but engaging directly. Audience members will have the opportunity to participate in the dialogue, ask probing questions, and gain firsthand insights into the challenges and triumphs of building a breakthrough venture. Alongside these luminaries, venture capitalists who back such ambitious projects will also join the conversations, offering their perspectives on what makes a venture worth the gamble. Whether you’re an aspiring entrepreneur, an industry veteran, or simply curious about the startup ecosystem, these fireside chats provide a platform to learn, exchange ideas, and connect with some of the most successful figures in the tech world.
Business wildlife enthusiast Sebastian Donovan (Clare College 1998), Founder of Arconex and ad-hoc angel, Linkedin will host the fireside and facilitate audience interaction with the diverse and rare creatures in the menagerie, supported by the global CAMentrepreneurs network.

About CAMentrepreneurs
The purpose of CAMentrepreneurs is to support business and social entrepreneurship among Cambridge University alumni, current students and others. CAMentrepreneurs is global.
CAMentrepreneurs operates on a TED -> TEDx model, in that we only launch a group when there are people in the city concerned who want to take the lead in getting a group off the ground.
We aim to bring together positive minded alumni and others who want to work together on a voluntary basis to support enterprise, whether as entrepreneurs, investors, students or service providers.
