The Northumbrian Cambridge Association has brought together alumni living in the North East of England for over 90 years. It is the oldest Cambridge Alumni group.

We meet in most months for walks, talks, concerts, films, freshers or festive events, an annual dinner, and an AGM.

We aim to provide alumni living or working in the North East of England with the opportunity for social and professional networking and career development. We also support current students through an annual party before going up and a reunion before Christmas.

Christmas Lunch at the County Hotel

29 November 2024

For our Christmas lunch this year we have booked the County Hotel, on Neville Street, opposite Newcastle Central Station. This year we will be dining in the Strauss Suite. We will meet at 12.00 and lunch will be served at 12.30.

Our Festive Tea and Film over the last 10 years has proved one of our most popular events. As in previous years it will be held in The Tyneside Cinema in their splendid digital lounge.
